It’s madness baby, madness – Dick Vitale voice
So it’s March, which means the NCAA tournament is upon us and it’s officially “madness” time. Well the Mad Titan Thanos probably doesn’t care about how busted your bracket is at this point (thanks a lot Arizona), but there’s a whole lot of him in the new Infinity War trailer.
At this point no one needs to be sold on this movie, we all know it’s going to be the comic book event of the decade, well until part 2 rolls around, but in the mean time we have this to look forward too. This just looks incredible, the Russo Brothers actually did it, they some how managed to pull this thing off. So many characters, so little screen time, but some how, they have managed to blend all these heroes together for what appears to be the team up movie of the century.
Thanos appears to be really pissed off, and is on a one way mission to collect all the infinity stones and destroy half the universe in the process. Everyone is accounted for in the trailer and everyone is going to have their “time to shine” or “their moment” in the film. The whole thing looks epic, we are finally getting some death, destruction and a little torture. Stakes are at an all time high, and everyone isn’t making it out alive. The last shot of Captain America squaring off against Thanos like he doesn’t give a shit was fantastic. The cinematography and colour scheme were just magnificent, couldn’t believe how colourful everything was throughout the trailer.
This was it, this was all they needed to do, this movie is going to be here before we know it and it’s going to make billions of dollars. I just pray it turns out as good as the trailers, because if so, we will truly have something uniquely special on our hands.
